I'm A Christmas Baby! Who Knew?!
I love to bake, especially cookies, and I'm really happy just Decorating your order! I'm a Cookier! The reason decorating is special, it's the unique custom designs that are developed, they bring so much joy to the event in each person's life. Seeing a smile on my client's face puts a smile on mine. I love creating for a special party. I have rows and rows of cookie sprinkles, gel food colors, diamond dust, tinker dust, pearl luster dust and sugar veil in my pantry, it was really fun experimenting and learning how to use all these different applications. It allows me to make everything look fabulous! Some of MY decorations are made with the most adorable molds of modeling chocolate and buttercream fondant. They all get hand painted with edible colors and air brushed to look beautiful. You might find splashes of Edible Gold on your order. The molds I have are so cute, they're little gnomes, flowers, frogs, mushrooms, bunny's and anything you can think of will most likely be in my possession. I taste every recipe I make so I know when it leaves my kitchen it will be wonderful. If it doesn't taste good to me it won't go out my door!
Who doesn't like a "Killer Cookie"
I am in possession of a killer chocolate chip cookie that will satisfy your need for the chewy little crispy edges on your cookie and the mouthwatering chew of the soft centers. My recipe has it. The secret is from an old family recipe. Shhhh, keep it quiet it's a secret. I'm only sharing with my customers... it's made with ...!! Opp's it is a secret you know. When I'm baking a cake or cupcakes and it calls for chocolate, there's my Valrhona cocoa; it's rich and smooth and not overly sweet. I know everyone likes sweet but this a smooth sweet. Try to imagine smooth and sweet in your mind. I will have a section to share recipes with you, look for "My Recipes" some are old family wonder's and some are new and taste tested by friends, family and co-workers. When I was working, I used to take treats to work and have my friends tell me what they thought of it. No one new when or what I was bringing but, whatever I brought in I wanted their opinion. I even had one say I should sell my frosting all by itself. (He liked it that much) I'll think about that one...
